Goal: Learn the standard structure of a professional English email.

How ChatGPT helps: Use ChatGPT to turn “Portu-English” drafts into professional emails.

Key Idea.

AI Idea: “Draft Refinement.” You don’t need to write perfectly the first time. Write a “messy” draft and let AI polish it.

English Idea: English emails are like a sandwich. They have a specific Opening, Body, and Closing. In Brazil, we sometimes start emails without a greeting or use “Dear” for everyone. In English, “Hi [ Name ]” or “Hello [ Name ]” is usually better for daily work.

Log in and Enable voice mode.



Step 1: Sign in.

  • Open the app
  • Log in with the account you created (email, Google, Apple, or Microsoft)

  1. Open a chat in the app
  2. Tap the headphones or microphone icon (usually near the text box)
  3. Allow microphone access when asked
  4. Choose a voice (you can change this later)

  • What to do: Write a 3-sentence email.
    • Line 1: Greet them.
