Objetivo: Aprender a escrever mensagens curtas e profissionais para o WhatsApp ou Slack.

Ideia de Inglês: No Brasil, costumamos escrever mensagens longas para sermos educados. Em inglês, as mensagens de WhatsApp devem ser curtas e diretas. Não usamos “Prezado Senhor” (Dear Sir) no WhatsApp; usamos “Hi [Nome]” ou apenas a mensagem direta.

- Focus: Don’t apologize too much! In English texting, a simple “Sorry, I’m busy then. How about 4 PM?” is perfect.
